'Feng Shui ' literally translates to "wind - water," representing the relationship between the "unseen" aspects of our lives, such as thoughts, feelings and energy (wind), and the "seen" aspects, such as our bodies and our physical surroundings (water). Although we can't see wind itself, we can undoubtedly see and feel the effects of wind and water interacting.

At all times there is a connection between what is happening in our homes and what is happening in our lives. When they're in a harmonious and delightful state, we tend to feel like our needs are met easily, we're flowing through life with good timing and clarity, and we're on Cloud Nine. When we find ourselves feeling otherwise for any stretch of time, we can usually hone in on Feng Shui issues in our environments that are effectively holding in place the exact experiences we can't seem to move past.
When we see our current reality through the lens of our homes, we develop a new sense of awareness, and find endless motivation for taking action and aligning with a flow of positive change in our lives. |
The practice of Feng Shui guides us to arrange our homes in a way that supports our quality of life on all levels. We discover valuable insight for identifying how to shift our own lifestyles into harmony and balance, in the most gentle, fluid, sustainable and guilt-free ways. With the Bagua, the Five Elements of Nature and the principles of Yin and Yang interwoven in its philosophies of well-being, Feng Shui empowers us with a fun and flexible framework for creating a personal paradise and living happy, healthy, abundant, authentic and fulfilling lives.

The wisdom of Feng Shui is thousands of years old. Just as popular ancient practices like yoga, acupuncture, meditation, essential oils use, and whole-foods nutrition have been welcomed more and more into Western culture for their naturally powerful, positive effects on our emotional and physical well-being, Feng Shui is making its way as well, to tie it all together with the often-overlooked environmental piece of the puzzle. Feng Shui supports us in surrounding ourselves with beauty while facilitating our freedom to thrive in all areas of life.
